By accessing or using ResultFirst Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ResultFirst Analytics is a web application that allows users to:

• Connect their Google account and view their Google Search Console data
• View Google Analytics 4 reports and property data
• Manage multiple websites and analytics properties in one dashboard

3. User Accounts

• You must register for an account to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Google Account Connection

• By connecting your Google account, you grant ResultFirst Analytics read-only access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data
• We will only access the data necessary to provide the Service
• You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Settings page
• Revoking access via Google's account settings will immediately stop our access to your data

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ResultFirst Analytics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ResultFirst Analytics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
