ResultFirst Analytics is a tool that helps website owners view their Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data in one place. We take your privacy seriously.
⚠️ Google API Limited Use Disclosure
ResultFirst Analytics's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum scopes necessary to provide the service.
1. Information We Collect
When you use ResultFirst Analytics, we collect the following information:
- Account Information: Your name and email address (from Google account or manual registration)
- OAuth Tokens: Google access and refresh tokens to fetch your GSC and GA4 data on your behalf
- Website Data: Google Search Console site list and Google Analytics 4 property list associated with your Google account
- Usage Logs: Login timestamps, IP address, and which sites you viewed (for security and audit purposes)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and display your Google Search Console data
- To display your Google Analytics 4 reports and property data
- To remember your selected sites and properties between sessions
- To maintain login history for security purposes
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.
3. Google API Data Usage & OAuth Scopes
ResultFirst Analytics uses the following Google APIs and OAuth scopes:

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Storage
- Your OAuth tokens are stored securely in our database using industry-standard encryption and used only to make API calls on your behalf
- We store only the minimum data necessary to provide the service
- Data is stored on servers located in India
- We do not store your actual GSC or GA4 report data — it is fetched live from Google APIs on each request
- We do not share your stored data with any third parties
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at techtangence@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure token storage, and CSRF protection. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
- You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Setup page
- You can request deletion of all your data by emailing us at techtangence@gmail.com
- You can revoke our app's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions
- You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you
8. Children's Privacy
This service is not intended for use by persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email notification.
